FURSUIT / COSTUME TOS

 

- Shipping and transfer fee are non-refundable once items are mailed
 

- Please be aware that customs in your country may tax your package based on value and CC (seller) is not responsible for these charges
 

- CC DOES NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a fursuit is completed and mailed off

- Commissions: When accepting the commission, CC requires a 30% non-refundable down payment before the work starts

- CC does not sell for minors (Under 18) 

- If you have any problems with your costume, please contact me and I will try my best to solve the problem
 

- CC is in no way responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcel once it leaves our studio
 

- Once you have received your package from CC is NOT responsible for any shipping cost on returned items. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost
 

-Damage that occurs as a result of shipping is (usually) the responsibility of the postal service. In the case of shipping damage, contact the postal service
 

- You, as the customer and wearer, are responsible for your own health and well-being while wearing suit (CC is not responsible for any injury etc)
